Mit ein bisschen Willen kann man ja schnell bspw. ein halbes Kilo Eis vernichten (aus dem Eimer). Ich habe das zwar auch schon oft genug gemacht, es gibt aber bessere Wege um gesund zu leben und dabei gleichzeitig was süßes zu genießen.Eins der einfachsten Desserts dieser Art ist ein erfrischendes kaltes Sorbet.
So mache ich das Sorbet:
- Trauben in die Gefriertruhe.
- (Gefrorene) Trauben rausholen.
- Vermengen.
Ich verwende den Philips Standardmixer, der mit 65€ nicht zu teuer ist, aber sehr gut hält. (Seit knapp über drei Jahren) . Man kann ja debattieren ob ein Entsafter oder ein Mixer besser sind, aber ich bin persönlich der Meinung, es gibt eine Daseinsberechtigung für beide.)
